Limited Service Warranty
a.) You must enclose a dated sales slip or proof of purchase, and enlose $ 15,- (USA) for return shipping and handling.

b.) The movement in your Cuckoo Clock is warrantied for a period of two years from the date of purchase, against defective materials and/or workmanship. If your clock fails to work properly, it will be repaired at no charge under the terms and conditions of this warranty.

c.) You must send the clock to a service center as indicated below. Please contact the service station before sending the clock to them. Use the original box and packaging double boxed in an approved UPS carton. Please insure. Damage caused by insufficient packaging is not covered by our warranty. We will not be responsible for loss or damage in transit. The sender's name and address should be printed plainly on it. Also include a note as to the nature of the complaint.
